Selecting  Posts in the left menu bar will display all the posts that are saved on your account. There you see both those posts that are displayed on a channel, and those that are not published to a channel. You can choose whether they should be sorted by date for Created, Edited, name of Title or Type of post. In order to view and manage posts on a certain channel, click on the #Channel you want to focus on.

Preview posts

Go to  Posts, or to a channel, and click on the area of the post you want to preview, in order to preview it. In the top of the preview-window, you can choose if you want to display it on a normal screen or in the mobile version, PinToMind Go. Here you can also choose which channel to preview the post on.

Choose position and order of posts

You can change the order of posts or you can change which area of the screen the post will be displayed in.

In order to change the order, or choose in which area to display a post after creating it, go to the relevant channel. To the left of the title of each post, you will find the symbol  . By placing the mouse-arrow over this, and clicking and holding the the left mouse-button, you can pull the post upwards or downwards and let go of it where you want it positioned.

To the right of the row of each post, you will find a status-symbol  . If the symbol is green, the post is active and displayed now. The number in the circle shows how many channels the post is active on. Does the symbol have a watch (only partially colored), it means that the post has scheduling. If the symbol is orange with a watch, it means that the post is waiting for the time to be displayed, but is not displayet now. The symbol  shows that the post is not published on any channel, and therefore not active.

By clicking on the status-symbol, a list will appear with the channels you have access to on your account. Here you can choose to remove or add the post to a channel. 

Search for posts

Go to  Posts. Towards the top, on the right side, you will find a search-field where you can search for a post. You can choose to search for all kinds of posts, or only a certain type of post. You can also choose to search for posts depending on who created the post. 

Delete or archive posts

Select Posts in the left menu-bar: When you hold the mouse arrow over the area of the post,  a garbage bin and an archive box will appear. Click on the garbage bin to delete the post and remove it from all channels. Posts that are deleted, stay in the garbage bin for 15 days before they are permanently deleted. Click on the archive-box to archive the post and it will be removed from all channels.

Select # Channel in the left menu-bar: Hold the mouse-arrow over the area of the post, and an x in a circle will appear. Click on this in order to remove the post from the channel. Posts that are removed from a channel, can be found by selecting Posts in the left menu-bar.

Filters for which posts to see in the list

In the upper left corner of the Start-page, you'll find a drop-down menu where you can select which list of posts you want to see.

• Active posts: Posts that are displayed or are scheduled to be displayed.
• Archive: Posts that their dates have passed, or that are not published to any screen.
• Trashcan: Posts that are deleted, stay here for 15 days before they are deleted permanently.
• [Screen-name]: If you have more than one screen on your account, you can decide to only see posts connected to one of the screens.

To the right of this drop-down menu, you find a link to more advanced filter and search. Here you can specialize your filter more detailed, and for instance see only the posts that are displayed right now, or see posts that belong to a certain user or of certain type. 

Preview posts from the startpage

Click on the same line as the post in order to preview it. In the top of the preview-window you can select if you want to display the post on a landscape screen, a vertical screen or in the mobile version of PinToMind Go. If you have several screens, you can also select which screen you want to preview on. 

Select location and order of posts

The list of posts is divided into three sections, which represent the three different areas of the screen: the main area, the sidebar and the footer. 

To the left of the title for each post, you find the symbol   . This you can place the mouse-arrow over, left-click and pull the post up or down. You can change the order of the posts this way, and you can change the area of the screen that the post is displayed on.

The symbol    shows that a post is active and displayed on one screen. The symbol  shows that the post has scheduling (white part inside the circle) and waits for its time to be displayed (orange), and that it is to be displayed on one screen. The symbol  shows that the post is not published to any screen, and therefor is not active.

By clicking on the status-symbol, you get up a list of screens. Here you can easily un-publish or publish the post to a screen. 

To the left of the status-symbol, is a drop-down-list where you can select duration for the post.

Delete posts

Hold the mouse pointer over the line of the post and a red trash can appears. Click this to delete the post. Posts that are deleted, stays in the trash can for 15 days before they are deleted permanently.
