Duplicate posts 📑
You can create a copy of a post, by changing to "duplicate" in the drop down list to the right of the Save-button, and then click the Save-button.
When you duplicate a post, you will be sent to a copy of the post, which you can edit and save. The new post automatically gets "(copy)" in the title, so it is easy to see that you are editing a new post.
We recommend using duplication of post:
- If you have posts that are repeated but with slightly different content, e.g. staff schedules, weekly schedules or the like.
- If you want several posts to look alike, using the "Text and Image"-post for example, where you can keep the same image-size and text-size for all your posts by using duplication of posts.
- If you want to display the same content on multiple screens, but with e.g. different screen locations, different duration, or at different times.
