Display posts from a Facebook page
Posts that display social media, help you to have updated public screens. The system automatically retrieves new content and keeps people updated, at the same time as you get to advertise for where people can follow you.
ℹ️ It is possible to display content from Facebook pages on which you are registered as an administrator. It is not possible to display content from Facebook profiles, places, groups etc. Regular Facebook-posts are displayed, not videos, reels or events. Only posts, posted by the owner of the Facebook-page will be displayed on the screen.

Give access to display content from Facebook
To display posts from a Facebook page on your PinToMind channel, you must authenticate and grant access.
- Select "Library" in the left menu, followed by "Integrations".
- Select "Facebook".
- Click "Connect" and log in with your Facebook account. You must give the PinToMind app access to retrieve data from your account.
- If the authentication is successful, you get a list of the Facebook pages where you are registered as an administrator. Click on "Add to library" on the resources you want to add, and click on "Use in new post" if you want to create a new post.
- Once you have authenticated, you can also create a new post by selecting the "Facebook" post in the list of new posts. You can then choose the Facebook page from the library. If the resource is not found in the library, you can go back to the integration in the library and add it.
TIP: It is an advantage to already be logged in to the Facebook-page you want to display, for example on another tab in the same browser.
Enter more text, link and attachment for PinToMind Go
You can add extra information to be displayed only in the mobile app PinToMind Go. Click on the mobile icon "📱" and enter text, link for more info and/or attachment.
Limit number of posts and time period
The Facebook-post will display the images one by one. You can choose how many Facebook-posts you would like to display, default is the last three.
You can also choose how far back in time you would like to display Facebook-posts, by limiting the time period. Default is no limitation.
Preview and save
We recommend testing the different options here, select channel(s) and area of the screen that you want the post displayed in, preview, and save when you are happy with it. 😊
