Note to upgrade in order to add more screens?
Do you have screen licenses left, but receive a notice to upgrade when you want to connect a new screen? Then you have probably filled in the number of physical devices that can be connected to the account. The connected screens count even if they are currently offline.
To be able to connect a new screen, you must first remove one of the already connected:
- Go to "Screens" in the left menu.
- Find an offline screen that is not in use and click "⚙️".
- Select "Disconnect screen".
- Now you can go back to "Screens" and Connect a new screen. ✅
