Changing of subscription

You can upgrade, downgrade or end your subscription at any time if your needs change.

Upgrade account

⬆️ You can upgrade at any time if your need changes. The new total number of screen licenses is renewed for a new year, starting from the change date.

We will charge your card or send you a new invoice for a new year, where we deduct the amount for what was left of the former payment-period.

Do this: An administrator on the account upgrades the account by selecting "Account". Select "Upgrade" and a new price plan or change the number of screens for LARGE, VOLUNTEER and FLEXI account types. See prices here.

You get access to add new screens immediately when you upgrade.

Downgrade account

⬇️ You can downgrade at any time if your need changes. We will charge your card or send you a new invoice for a new year. In the event of a downgrade, amounts paid will not be refunded, but we deduct what was left from the previous invoice period on the new invoice, so you will not pay twice for any period.

Do this: To be able to downgrade, you must first remove extra screens from the account. An administrator on the account downgrades the account by selecting "Account". Select "Downgrade" and a new price plan or change the number of screens for LARGE, VOLUNTEER and FLEXI account types. See prices here.

End account

❌ You can end your subscription with PinToMind at any time. Payments received are non-refundable.

Do this: To end your account, an administrator goes to "Account" and clicks on "End account". Then everything on the account will be deleted.

Only when this is done, have you actually cancelled your PinToMind-subscription. An email or phone call to us is not considered an official termination.
