Change email address
Is the username registered for you on your PinToMind-account an old email address which is no longer in use, or do you want to change your username for another reason?
For security reasons, it is not possible to change the email address of a registered user, but if you have administrator access and remember your password, you can invite yourself as a new user.
If you have admin access and remember your password:
- Log in with your username and password, and go to user administration on the account.
- Invite yourself as a new user with your new, valid email address.
- Log out.
- Log in again with the information you receive in an invitation we've sent by email to your valid email address (new username).
- Go to Users and delete your old user. Info on how to remove an Account Owner can be found here.
If you do not have admin access, or do not remember your password:
- Ask a registered administrator on the account to log in and send you a user invitation to an email address you are using now. The old user can just be deleted.
- If you all have the same problem, or you are the only registered administrator, contact us at support@pintomind.com.
