Forgot your password
Do you have problems logging in because you have forgotten the password for your PinToMind-account? 😟 Happens to all of us! No problem! 🤗
- Click on "Forgot password?" on the login page, https://app.pintomind.com/, and we will send a password reset email to the email address that you have registered as a username with us.
- Or contact us at support@pintomind.com and tell us your username (email address), and which PinToMind account you are registered to.
Change your password
If you want, you can change your password under your user profile (icon and name at the bottom left) and the "Password" tab.
Password requires at least 10 characters + numbers and upper and lower case letters.
Old e-mail address as username / Change e-mail address
Is the username registered for you on your PinToMind-account an old e-mail which is no longer in use, or do you want to change your user name for another reason?
For security reasons, it is not possible to change the email address of a registered user, but if you have administrator access and remember your password, you can invite yourself as a new user:
- Log in with your username and password, and go to user administration on the account.
- Invite yourself as a new user with your new, valid email address.
- Log out.
- Log in again with the information you receive in an invitation we've sent by email to your valid email address (new username).
- Go to Users and delete your old user. Info on how to remove an Account Owner can be found here.
If you do not have admin access, or do not remember your password:
- See if a registered administrator on the account can log in and send you a user-invitation to an e-mail you are using now. The old user can just be deleted.
- If you all have the same problem, or you were the only registered administrator, contact us at support@pintomind.com.
