Further settings on Raspberry Pi with PinToMindOS

Night mode and Power management
π When Night Mode is enabled, you can choose to automatically turn off the screen, to which the Raspberry Pi is connected, to save power.
The display will automatically turn off for the period set for Night Mode β and then turn back on afterwards.
βΉοΈ To be able to select Power management, the Pi needs to have app version 2.0.0 or newer. It works best if the screen supports HDMI-CEC.
- In PinToMind 3, go to "Screens" and click on "Settings" for the device.
- Select the period for Night mode, and turn it on.
- Turn on Power management.
- Save.
Automatic Reboot
- In PinToMind 3, go to "Screens" and click on "Settings" for the device.
- At "Automatic reboot" select a time period.
Save.
Change screen rotation
With keyboard
- Press Ctrl+i to return to the settings page.
- Select a new screen rotation.
- Select "Go to screen!" to go back.
With PinToMind Go
- Download PinToMind Go from AppStore or GooglePlay on your mobile phone.
- Open PinToMind Go and go to Profile.
- Log in with your user on PinToMind.
- Select Manage Raspberry Pi.
- Select the device.
- Change the rotation settings.
Change network
With keyboard
- Press Ctrl+i to return to the settings page.
- Select "Connect to another network" and select network.
- Select "Go to screen!" to go back.
With PinToMind Go
- Download PinToMind Go from AppStore or GooglePlay on your mobile phone.
- Open PinToMind Go and go to Profile.
- Log in with your user on PinToMind.
- Select Manage Raspberry Pi.
- Select the device.
- Change the network settings.
Open up in firewall
The following domains must be allowed in the firewall for Raspberry Pi to run. See also IP addresses and firewall.

Further settings in the device terminal
If the settings page (Ctrl+i) does not cover your need for settings, it is possible to open the terminal of the device by pressing Ctrl+Alt+F2 on a keyboard, and make the necessary configurations there.
NOTE: This requires some knowledge.
Login details can be found on the PinToMind account where the Raspberry Pi device is connected.
Navigate back to the Player app with Ctrl+Alt+F1.
Login details
Login details for Raspberry Pi devices are found as follows:
- Go to "Screens".
- Select "Settings" for the device.
- In Advanced options, select "Settings".
- In the sidebar you will find username and unique password.
You can also generate a new random password for the device.
Update Firmware
You can perform a full firmware update on the Raspberry Pi device.
NOTE: The update may contain untested packages and is done at your own risk.
- Go to "Screens".
- Select "Settings" for the device.
- In Advanced options, select "Settings".
- Select "Install".
